TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing https://vjuh.site/, placing an order, or paying for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VJUH provides tools and services for creating websites and landing pages based on ready-made templates, including delivery of a website archive, guides, and optional support or turnkey development according to the selected plan.

3. Accounts and orders

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. You are responsible for materials you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

4. Payments

Prices are shown on the website. Payment is processed through payment providers. Domain and hosting purchased separately by you are not included unless expressly stated in your plan.

5. Refunds and cancellation

For plans that include a downloadable website archive:

• A refund is available if you have not downloaded the archive via the download link. Activation means downloading the archive, not publishing the site on a domain.
• If the archive has been downloaded, a refund is not available (except where required by law), because downloading transfers access to materials containing our intellectual property.
• Refund requests must be sent to within 30 calendar days from the date the download link was issued.vjuh@wapp.dev
• When a refund is requested, the download link is invalidated immediately. If a technical error blocked the download, you may ask us to restore access to the same or a new link.

For the Turnkey plan, a full refund is available before development and launch are completed. After delivery of the finished website, refunds are limited to documented cases of deficient service.

6. Intellectual property

Templates, protected code, documentation, and other Service materials belong to the Provider or its licensors. The archive is a non-editable copy: you may change only localized text content and images. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or transfer the archive or protected code to third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service or delivered materials for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes, or attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass technical protections.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for domain or hosting issues outside our control, or for losses caused by incorrect information you provide.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to mandatory pre-trial settlement, then to the competent courts of the Provider's place of registration.
